Customers can make a free cancellation within 6 hours of placing an order and receive a complete refund. After this time, the order is being processed and cannot be canceled. RETURN/REFUND SHIPPING COSTS:
Refunds are processed for the full amount paid for the item. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS:

ADDRESS ERRORS:

MARKED AS DELIVERED:
If your order is marked as delivered by your country’s postal service (e.g., USPS/Canada Post) but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit for a lost or undelivered package. We will then assess the case and may send a replacement. Refunds are not available in this scenario.
